Theron Technologies is expanding worldwide. We are a U.S.A. based company that spearheads new American technology inventions.

Attention: This is not an offer to sell a franchise. To start and maintain a Theron Technologies Dealership business, you must have the following:

1. Investment capital to start a Approved Dealership ($1,500,000 USA or $3,000,000 outside USA)
2. Approved licensing to be a Theron Technologies Dealership.
3. An approved business model including name, location, staff, corporate structure, and business liquidity.
4. An approved building with a showroom to store and showcase all equipment.
5. Approved and qualified staff to sell and administer and also install all equipment.
6. Active fully operational online and marketing and sales tools etc. to sell equipment.
7. Approved and reliable staff to install and maintain equipment ongoing.
8. Maintain ongoing orders to comply with dealership license.
9. Make payments as per invoicing (C.O.D, Credit, 30-Day, 60-Day, 90-Day, etc.) on time.
10. Maintain Dealership Requirements as listed below and uphold all terms and conditions always.

We currently have Dealership locations available only on request. Here is the current structure of your options:

• THERON AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
  • USA: Two dealerships per U.S. State only.
  • All other countries by strict request only. See below.

Investment required to become a Dealership:

• U.S.A. Based Dealerships - $1 500 000.00
• International Based Dealership - $3 000 000.00 (due to possible product infringements/copyright issues)
• Theron Technologies approved dealership location only.
• Place initial Dealership order as specified below.

DEALERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To become a Dealership selling our products you must agree to and comply with the following stipulations that is now binding upon you thru Theron Technologies LLC:

1. By signing up and registering on this website of Theron Technologies LLC, you agree that any and all names used by Theron Technologies LLC is incorporated in this agreement; and that you are legally binding yourself as well as your company and any and all persons to this agreement and our terms and conditions.
2. For purposes of this contract and agreement you agree that Theron Technologies LLC, Theron Technologies, Theron Technologies, Theron Generator, Theron Generators and/or any name found in our stationary and/or literature and/or correspondence and/or online presence or elsewhere is solely the property of Theron Technologies LLC and any and all names used by us that includes the name Theron is part of this company Theron Technologies LLC. 
3. There cannot be more than 2 dealerships per USA State/territory.
4. There cannot be more than 10 dealerships in Canada.
5. There cannot be more than 2 dealerships per International Country. (Larger countries with bigger populations - special arrangements can be made. Contact us.)
6. A Dealership is not allowed to sell outside your own geographically approved area of operation. If you were approved for a country, you may only sell in that country.
7. A Dealership must be a licensed and approved legal company in your own country.
8. An initial investment of $1,500,000.00 is required to become a USA-based dealership of Theron Technologies.
9. A Dealership must purchase a minimum of 8 generators to start as an approved dealership. Minimum 2 Home, 2 Commercial, 2 Industrial, and 2 Mobile Generators. A Dealership order cannot double order the same unit on your initial order, within 30 days from opening as a new dealership.
10. A Dealership must purchase a minimum of 3 generators per month, every month to remain an approved dealership.
11. Different incentive programs exist for Dealerships selling high volumes. Contact our company staff.
12. A Dealership must provide the licensed professional service at all times to the customer(s).
13. A Dealership must use only licensed electricians to install any and all generators.
14. No persons or company or anyone is allowed to copy and/or reverse engineer and/or duplicate in any way shape or form any Theron Technologies or Theron Technologies equipment or generator(s) and product(s), now or ever. By viewing any of our content or products and/or signing up as a dealer and/or affiliate and/or registering on our site(s), you agree to this and will protect and defend any and all interests of Theron Technologies LLC as well as our Terms and Conditions and Policies.
15. Any and all marketing materials must be submitted and approved by Theron Technologies LLC before being used by a Dealership.
16. Strictly follow all Theron Technologies guidelines, policies, and terms of conditions at all times.
17. Install, service, and/or maintain all products and services of Theron Technologies.
18. Protect and safeguard all products and services of Theron Technologies for the benefit of Theron Technologies exclusively.
19. All Dealerships will receive a 10% commission rate per generator sold.
20. Dealerships or any entity or person(s) are not allowed to alter or adjust any pricing of any product(s) as found on www.therontechnologies.com at any time without written permission.
21. No corporate or other discounts posted here or elsewhere apply to a new dealership.
22. All initial order payments must be made via your company's bank-certified check.
23. Once you register to become a dealership, all relevant dealership registration documents must be signed, notarized and dated by you and Theron Technologies LLC. 
24. All dealership approvals and the rights and/or privilege to become and/or remain a dealership is solely up to the discretion of Theron Technologies LLC and will be reviewed on a monthly basis for compliance and participation.
25. Dealership entry and/or participation is dependent on these and other requirements from Theron Technologies and can change at any time without notification. Please check this website frequently to stay up to date.
26. To start your approval process, please register for a business account by clicking here. Note, you must register for a regular account before you can register as an affiliate or business.
27. Note: Currently all initial dealership orders may take approximately 30 up to 180 days to fill.
28. Dealership approval and/or participation is solely at the discretion of Theron Technologies LLC and dealerships agree to follow the Theron Technologies Terms and Conditions on our website as well as marketing guidelines and sales and installation stipulations. Any violation is grounds for automatic termination.
29. Basic dealership remuneration is structured as 10% of the gross sales value of any and all generators. Dealerships with high volumes or sales staff incentives can reach a threshold of up to 15% of gross sales values.

Continuation of agreement for foreign companies if outside the U.S.A.

1. 1. Must register on our website as a foreign licensed company.
   2. All current company documentation must be submitted for the validity of your company.
   3. A separate foreign company/owner/dealer agreement must be signed and notarized.
   4. New foreign dealerships must make purchases via Bank Wire EFT.
   5. New foreign dealerships must make generator purchases according to the foreign dealership agreement that is signed upon dealership formation per Theron Technologies. (the initial purchase volume includes all listed units.)
   6. Foreign Dealerships operate and are at the sole discretion of Theron Technologies.
   7. An initial investment of $3,000,000.00 is required to become an International (outside the USA) dealership of Theron Technologies. (due to possible product infringements/copyright issues)
   8. A Dealership must purchase a minimum of 8 generators to start as an approved dealership. Minimum 2 Home, 2 Commercial, 2 Industrial, and 2 Mobile Generators. A Dealership order cannot double order the same unit on your initial order, within 30 days from opening as new dealership.
   9. A Dealership must purchase a minimum of 5 generators per month, every month to remain an approved dealership.

To get started,

1. Please register as a user and then register as a Dealership/Affiliate of Theron Technologies.
2. Contact us for Validation of your company/business and approval.
3. Get all Dealership papers signed, authorized, and notarized.
4. Make Dealership Validation payment in full.
5. Select products from our catalog and place your Dealership's first order.
6. Maintain your Dealership Authorization by consistently meeting all ongoing legal, contractual, and other requirements.
